there has been quite a lot of distraction going on recently.
as a result, i couldn't concentrate.
i feel lethargic.
my body has signalled me to sleep longer/earlier.
i happened to read a novel today.
it was something about colors therapy:)
and i find it really interesting.
that reminded me of aroma therapy as well.
